1. Service and limitations

The site provides educational ingredient content and an independent directory of telehealth services. It does not practice medicine, offer clinical advice, diagnose, prescribe, dispense medications, operate a pharmacy or sell prescription drugs. Independent providers control their own intake, eligibility decisions and payments.

2. No orders or professional decisions

Adding items to a cart or entering quote details does not place an order, purchase an insurance policy, create a prescription, or establish a professional-client relationship. This website does not collect payments or bind transactions.

3. Eligibility

The site is intended for users age 18 or older. You must provide accurate information and have authority to use any mobile number supplied for contact or account/service notifications.

4. Communications and consent

The optional Account Notifications checkbox covers recurring transactional/account-service messages only. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to use the site. Reply STOP to revoke consent and HELP for help, or email our support address. Checking the Terms/Privacy box is not consent to marketing texts.

5. External websites

Links to third-party services are for information and navigation. We do not control external providers’ eligibility, pricing, availability or privacy practices. Third-party names do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

6. Content and limitations

Articles and product descriptions are general information and may not address individual circumstances. We make no warranties about uninterrupted website availability or the suitability of a resource for a specific purpose.

7. User conduct

Do not interfere with the website, misuse forms, submit false data, attempt unauthorized access or violate applicable law.

8. Changes

We may modify website content and these Terms when operations change. The effective version appears on this page.

9. Governing law

To the extent legally permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of GA, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
